Do l need a receipt for returns or exchanges if l'm an Troydasvi member?
No! Troydasvi members enjoy paperless returns for all purchases linked to your Troydasvi digital online. Associates in stores can look up your past transactions from instore and online as long as they are linked to your account. No receipt needed!
**How do l receive my birthday bonus?
To receive your birthday bonus, you must sign up for Troydasvi at least two weeks prior to the start of your birthday month and be subscribed to marketing emails. Your code will be delivered about two weeks before your actual birthday. If you don't see your code right away, be sure to check your spam or junk mail. If you sign up for the Troydasvi program during your birthday month, you will receive your discount the following year.
